Limited Investor Opportunity
Goal:
Secure start-up Capital for Coop Villages Foundation to be prepared to cause
hundreds of Villages to secure $XMillion Grants to create local communitys
country wide.
Incentive to Investor:
• Receive a Three to One Return on Investment, as short term financing, to First Tier Investors.
• All revenues to the Foundation will go toward paying down the investment
completely, before going into operations of other tier Investors.
• Initial draw will be for $3,000 on a possible Line Of Credit of $_________ Amount.
• Future draws will be at choice of investors based upon progress and risk
perceived by the Creditor; Investor controls the purse strings.
• Tier One will close the door as to new Tier one members joining in.
New members will have to be in Tier 2 and stand in line for payment after
Tier one is fully liquidated.
Use of Funds:
Cloning of current website for future uses by Individual Villages receiving Grants,
to be sold to them as packages for $5,000 – $10,000(?) each.
Wages to Research Assistant to later become Project Manager for the support of
all future Village start-ups.
Note: The $5,000 fee will be negotiable, but will be offered up front with
payment coming upon their receipt of their individual grant. That fee will be for
Websites as Blueprints and anything else we can offer that will be needed up
front.
Long Term Financing Plans:
Upon announcement of GESARA, one Benefactor will Grant Us $500,000 to $1
Million as start capital to purchase existing building Blue Prints (to be shared by
all Villages) and begin Marketing.
When the first Village (Milton, Florida) receives it’s $10 Million grant, it will lend
financing back to the Foundation to secure pre-selected Blue Prints, to be shared
by all Villages if the wish them.

$1 Million as start capital to purchase existing building blue prints (to be shared
by all Villages) and begin Marketing.
